CASC Gender Healthcare Summit 2026 Speakers
The second of its kind in Australian history, the Coalition for Advancing Scientific Care (CASC) returns to Adelaide this October 9-10. This landmark event will take place across two days, beginning with a Friday night dinner with introductory addresses and a full Saturday of expert speakers and panels – with plenty of mingling afterwards, it promises to be just as enlightening as the previous summit.
Here’s a rundown of 2026’s renowned, respected, and truly loved (at least to those who are well and truly through with the gender-woo) speakers:
Dr. Stella O’Malley
Psychotherapist, Author, and founder of Genspect and the Beyond Gender podcast. Stella experienced her own form of dysphoria when she was a child, giving her unique and always compassionate insights, and is a believer in a therapy-first approach, a core value of LGB Alliance Australia

Prof. Sallie Baxendale
Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology.
An incredibly accomplished over 180 publications, who has, among other brave things, spoken up about the fallacious claims that puberty blockers are “reversable”.

Prof. Patrick Parkinson
Emeritus Professor of Law. Professor Parkinson is a specialist in family law, child protection, law and religion, and the law of equity and trusts. He’s written a slew of books, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse and the Churches (2nd ed, 2003) and The Voice of a Child in Family Law Disputes (with Judy Cashmore, 2008). The importance of having legal expertise on our side can’t be stressed enough.

Sue & Marcus Evans
The Evans are two of the first whistleblowers involved in exposing the scandal taking place at the Tavistock’s Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS). Sue was a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a former Clinical Nurse Specialist, while Marcus is a psychoanalyst and was previously the Director of Adult and Adolescent Services.

Belle Lane
Belle is a renowned Family Law Barrister in the state of Victoria, having practised family law since about 1994 both in Victoria and Western Australia. She has first-hand experience and insights into the complexities that arise in cases involving paediatric gender medicine. Belle spoke at CASC 2025 over livestream, as she was unable to attend at the time. We’re looking forward to having her in the room with us this time.

Prof. Karleen Gribble
Adjunct Professor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University, she has a keen interest in infant and child rights and protection within criminal justice systems. Karleen understands the very real importance of the mother-child dyad and breastfeeding, an issue that has been dragged into the gender debate. In recent years, Karleen has become concerned about the prioritisation of gender identity over sex in language and data collection, and the impact of this on women and children and the ethical conduct of research.

Dr. Vanessa Spiller
Vanessa is a clinical psychologist based in Queensland. Having been the target of a witch hunt by those in her profession, she ended her 24-year membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Her crimes?
